PRIVATE CONSULTATION

So that you have a clear understanding of my methods I would like to take this time to familiarize you with my work and what your first visit with me will be like.

 

You understand that I am not a medical doctor.  I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat disease.  I am a certified Clinical Nutritionist, CCN,/Bio-Chemical Analyst/ holistic Practitioner.

 

 I will assess your physical, nutritional, and emotional stress imbalances in order to truly evaluate your health.  Through this interview, I will be able to offer you the best advice I can in order to optimize your wellness.

 

My initial consultation fee is $199.00 per hour. That does not include lab work or lab evaluations, or your supplement. I take checks, credit cards, paypal, Venmo, CASH App. 

 

Depending on the complexity of the case the first consultation usually takes no more than an hour. The strategy that we choose from that first consultation will determine what the costs of the supplement program will be thereafter. I am also providing consultation for your custom made MedPax. If this is a very complex case, I will be mindful of my time but be aware that it may take longer, and your cost will be determined based on time spent.
